Hello Design Family!

Hoping to get some followers soon!!!

Ok so a few updates on where I am at in my journey:

- To get to this point its actually taken alot of time and thought. I figured the best way for me to learn about the field and gain a network base was to go back to school. I didn't want to get an AA or BA because, for me, it just felt like back tracking so I did some research and discovered that there are entry-level masters degrees out there for Interior Design (how convenient!). I did research as far as what employers look for education-wise to make sure I would be able to get a job. Everything checked out and I looked for an accredited program (visit CIDA's website, formerly FIDER).

- I have heard back from the 3 schools I applied to and I GOT INTO ALL!!!! Celebration! Now for the serious grown woman decision making time. There's a lot that has to be considered. I am now in the process of evaluating each program, the design community/resources in that city, job out look and opportunities in that city, and success rate of alumni. In the meantime I continue to learn all that I can and do research as well as hone my crafting skills in preparation for school and this career!
